Corporate AV Services has worked with Interpoint Events since 2009 to provide Audio Visual
Equipment and associated services.
Being based in Sydney, with a very small team, and often flying in the day prior to an event I have
needed to work with a company I trust – I was delighted that I found that in the first AV company I
worked with in Auckland.

Andrew and his on-site team have always been amazing – they are part of the team for us in New
Zealand – always a ready smile, a solution to any problem I can throw at them and a calm and can –
do attitude makes it very easy to recommend them.

To add to the challenge I throw CAV every time is a tight budget – which they meet and manage to
stick to without trying to upgrade or up sell unless it really is needed.

"We used Corporate AV Services for our Olympic Farewell Evenings for our NZ Hockey Players heading to the London Olympics.

It was a key milestone event for these guys and girls and we wanted to celebrate and deliver it exceptionally well. Being our first major events we were a little raw on what to expect or how to gain the most from both the men's and women's separate functions. As well as a dinner for the friends, families, sponsors and supporters of the players and the Players Association, we arranged a series of auctions. The brief for Andrew and the Team was loose, but they knew exactly how to add incredible value to the event.

Andrew provided some wonderful (and fresh) ideas, and even assisted us in the set-up at the restaurant venue. We were able to align the audio-visual equipment (2x plasmas, speakers, lectern and mic, 2x radio-mics, interview table & chairs, sound desk) with the seating arrangements and caterer to maximise the guest experience. On the night, Andrew worked his magic rotating powerpoint slides in harmony with the MC, switching and looping images of the athletes, and changing-out action video - all on-cue and with a great sense of experience. Nothing was a problem. At the end of the night, while the last guests were enjoying their stories and friendship, Andrew and his team went about quietly packing-down and left the music until last to retain an atmosphere.

The events were a great success and having a professional approach to the audio-visual installation really helped. I would thoroughly recommend Andrew and Corporate AV to anyone looking to host a professional or social function where the quality of audio and visual displays are critical. "
